What is your booking process?
01. Build & submit your order
Build your order by first selecting the floral package that best fits your needs. You'll then input your preferences, add your enhancement(s) and complete checkout.
02. Await approval
Once your order is submitted, we'll review it within 24 hours and you'll receive a notification of our decision. If we're available to serve you, we'll approve your order and process your 20% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance will be automatically collected in 4 weeks.
03. Get ready to celebrate!
We’ll check-in with you via email 2-3 weeks prior to your delivery date to confirm all the details and will deliver/set up your florals as instructed.
How can I choose specific flowers for my order?
All of our floral packages are designed with only the best in-season blooms. We like to say, colors and aesthetic over specific flowers. Flowers are seasonal and availability varies. Choose your flower aesthetic, colors and style, then let us focus on the minute details while you sit back and relax. Rest assured, you're in good hands.
What flowers should I expect in my order?
You'll have 2 flower style options to choose from when building your order:
Classic Flowers: Timeless flowers like garden roses, ranunculus and carnations are rooted in tradition.
Modern Flowers: When you want a little tropical flair, orchids and anthuriums are the perfect flower additions to garden roses.
Although these flowers often find their way into our floral arrangements, please keep in mind that flowers are seasonal and availability varies. We’ll always provide you with the best in-season blooms to capture your flower style.
What if I'm unsure about my enhancement option quantities?
If you are unsure whether you'll need more or less enhancement quantities, we highly recommend ordering just the floral package. You may request to add-on enhancement options at least 4 weeks prior to your delivery date. Always refer to our policies regarding order modifications.
